How to Become a U.S. Citizen: A Detailed Overview of Naturalization Eligibility Requirements – Live Webinar and Q&A with Attorney Shannon Fritts-Penniman, Esq.

In this webinar, followed by a live Q&A session, we will go over the requirements for US Citizenship, such as: periods of legal residence and physical presence in the US, good moral character, basic English skills, the history and civics test, the oath, and more. We will also discuss the documentation requirements, red flags to watch out for, and the expected wait times for the citizenship exam after filing the N-400. This webinar is primarily for those already living in the United States and/or those with a path to legal permanent residence. This webinar will be presented by Shannon Fritts-Penniman, experienced immigration attorney at the Emerald Isle Immigration Center in Queens, NY. Shannon has screened approximately 1500 naturalization applicants in the past 4 years. The webinar will be conducted in English with Russian translation.
