Parole Extension for Ukrainians – New Policy Overview and Q&A

Q&A Announcement: The Department of Homeland Security has announced that it will extend parole for Ukrainians who were paroled at the southern border between February 24, 2022 and April 25, 2022. This extension will NOT require Ukrainians who were paroled to submit an application for extension. On Tuesday, March 14 at 1pm EDT we will hold an information session and Q&A with immigration attorney Liya Djamilova. We will discuss this important policy development, including what this means for public benefits, work authorization, and eligibility for other forms of immigration status.

  • The webinar will be conducted in Russian. The questions may be asked in English or Russian.
  • All questions will be submitted privately via chat
  • The meeting will be recorded
  • Participants will not be able to turn on video or microphones
